Finished in Sauternes casks from Château d'Arche, this technique allows to broaden and flesh out a little more the aromatic and taste palette of our spirits.

In these barrels assembled by hand from our regions, curved by the flames which give them a toasted finish. In contact for eighteen months with this 1855 Grand Cru Classé, they turn into blotters; This is why the aromas of our whiskeys, our Gins and our Rum are so talkative. Our spirits have an inimitable allure that is noticed between all the tables, a style affirmed by the shaped bottle.

Distillation and ageing

An « Eau de vie » made with the knowledge of a gin Master to whom we shared our secret recipe. The barrel ageing creates roundness, sweetness, and adds color. With this natural infusion we wanted to implement the smells and remembrance of the Sauternes vineyard. Arche recipe: Juniper berries/coriander/acacia flowers/grapefruit.

Avec un Tonic : Le light tonic water de Fever tree est ideal pour laisser à ce Gin son expression maximale.

Gin Fizz

4 cl de Gin D’Arche Spirits- 8 cl d’eau gazeuse 3 cl de jus de citron

1 cl of cane sugar syrup

1/ Verser le gin, le jus de citron puis le sirop de sucre dans un shaker à moitié rempli de glaçons 2/ Frapper quelques secondes et verser dans un verre de type « tumbler » (haut verre) en retenant la glace avec une passoire. 3/ Ajouter l’eau gazeuse très fraîche en dernier et mélanger doucement.
