- 5cl of D'Arche Spirits Whisky
- 2.5 cl of apple juice
- 1.5 cl of honey syrup
- 2 dash of Angostura Orange Bitters
1/ Make the "Wapplesky" cocktail with a shaker.
2/ Shake the ingredients with ice and pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.
3/ Serve in an old fashioned glass (whisky glass).
GOLDEN EYE COCKTAIL
- 1 part of D'Arche Spirits Rum
- 1 part of pineapple juice
- Lime or pineapple slice
1/ Shake all ingredients and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
2/ Garnish with a lime or pineapple slice
- 4cl of D'Arche Spirits Gin
- 8 cl of sparkling water
- 3 cl of lemon juice
- 1 cl of cane sugar syrup
1/ Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker half-filled with ice.
2/ Shake for a few seconds and pour into a "tumbler" type glass (high glass), retaining the ice with a strainer.
3/ Add fresh sparkling water and mix gently.
Optional: add an egg white to make the cocktail foamy without affecting the taste.
